You consent to receive text messages from us using a 10-digit long code (10DLC), which is a standard phone number designated for application-to-person (A2P) messaging. A2P messaging is a type of messaging that allows us to send you information, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer support
messages based on your express consent.
SMS Terms
You understand that 10DLC is a concept that is unique to the SMS industry in the United States and that it is subject to carrier filtering and approval processes. You acknowledge that some of our text messages may be delayed or not delivered due to carrier policies or technical issues.
You also agree that we are not responsible for any charges or fees that you may incur from your carrier for receiving our text messages.
Changes to These Terms
Joe Rivera has the discretion to update these terms at any time, especially to remain compliant with industry requirements and to maintain your privacy and agreement. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications.
